The data we process you give us yourself, when you write to us, subscribe to the newsletter, create an account or buy something, or it is generated as you browse the website. We don’t buy it or source it from third-party lists.

- Browsing data: what the technical cookies need for the shop to work and, unless you reject them, what the analytics cookies collect: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate city and which website or campaign you came from. Google Analytics does not store your IP address. See our cookie policy for details.
3. What we use it for, on what legal basis and for how long

If you give us someone else’s data (for example, to ship an order to them), you must have informed them and have their permission.
4. Who we share your data with
We never sell your data, nor share it for commercial purposes. It only reaches the providers we need to work with, who process it on our behalf and solely on our instructions:
- Website hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, with servers in Germany. The shop runs on WooCommerce installed on that server: your orders, your account and the forms are stored there, not on WooCommerce’s servers.
- Website security and delivery: Cloudflare, Inc., which also protects the forms against spam (Turnstile).
- Email: DonDominio (Spain), which we use to receive your messages and send order emails and notifications.
- Analytics: Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC), with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, unless you reject analytics cookies.
- Payment gateways: your bank (bank transfer) and, once active, Stripe and PayPal, which process the payment data.
- Shipping: the courier handling your parcel (Correos Express within Spain, UPS within Europe), to whom we give your name, address and phone number so they can deliver it.
- Accounting and tax advice: to keep our books and file our taxes.
Your newsletter email is stored on our own website and we don’t give it to anyone. If we ever use a newsletter platform, we’ll say so here before we do.
We will also share your data with public authorities, courts and law enforcement when required by law.
5. Does your data leave the European Union?
It can, with some providers: Cloudflare, Google (unless you reject analytics) and, in future, Stripe and PayPal once those payment methods are enabled, may process data in the United States.
Those transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision, adopted by the European Commission on 10 July 2023, to which those providers are certified, and by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission where applicable. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards by writing to us.
6. Do we make automated decisions about you?
No. Analytics gives us statistics on how the website is used; we do not build profiles or make automated decisions with legal effects on you.
7. Your rights
You can exercise these rights at any time, free of charge:
- Access: find out what data we hold about you.
- Rectification: correct anything that’s wrong.
- Erasure: have us delete it, once it’s no longer necessary (note: we must keep invoices by law).
- Objection: have us stop processing it, analytics included.
- Restriction: have us keep it but stop using it, while a claim is resolved.
- Portability: take your data to another provider in a readable format.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.
To exercise them, write to us at info@liloo.design stating which right you want to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity, only if we have reasonable doubts that it’s you. We will respond within one month (extendable to two if the request is complex).
If you believe we haven’t handled your request properly, or that we’re processing your data incorrectly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es (C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid). We’d appreciate you talking to us first, but it’s your right and you can go directly.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: the website runs entirely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to information is restricted to those who need it, and we use protection against attacks and automated spam. No system is infallible, but if a security breach ever posed a risk to your rights, we would inform you and notify the supervisory authority, as required by the GDPR.
9. Minors
This website and its services are aimed at people over 18, the minimum age required to buy. If we find we’ve collected a minor’s data without parental or guardian authorisation, we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our services or the law change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date above. If a change significantly affects you, we will let you know.
Terms of sale
1. Who you’re buying from
- Seller: Aarón Chilet Real (liloo)
- Tax ID (NIF): 48413522V
- Address: Avenida Colón 22 bajo, 46185 La Pobla de Vallbona (Valencia), Spain
- Email: info@liloo.design
These terms govern purchases made on liloo.design. By placing an order you accept these terms, which are available on this page at all times. The contract is formed in the language you browsed in, and we keep a record of your order.
2. How to place an order
Choose a product in the shop and complete your order at checkout. Before you pay you’ll always see an order summary with the product, price, taxes and shipping cost. Once payment is complete you’ll receive a confirmation email: that email is the acceptance of the order and the moment the contract is formed. If for any reason we can’t make your piece, we’ll let you know and refund you in full.
3. Prices, taxes and shipping costs
Prices shown on the website are in euros. We state in each case whether VAT is included, and applicable taxes are shown itemised before you pay. Shipping costs depend on the destination and order amount, and are calculated and shown before you confirm the purchase. You can check timelines and rates in Shipping and returns. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or taxes payable by the recipient.
4. Payment methods
You can pay by bank transfer. Card payments (via Stripe) and PayPal are coming soon. When available, your card details will be handled directly by the payment gateway: we never see or store them. We issue an invoice for every order.
5. Production, timelines and delivery
We make every lamp to order. It leaves our workshop within 3 to 5 working days, and the estimated delivery time is also shown during checkout. Shipping timelines and rates by destination are detailed in Shipping and returns. If we expect a significant delay, we’ll let you know.
6. Right of withdrawal (returns)
If you’re a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it, with no need to justify it. That’s the minimum period required by law, and the return is free.
Important exception: you can return any product in our catalogue. The only legal exception would be pieces made to your own custom specifications, which can’t be withdrawn from because they can’t be resold (Art. 103.c of the Spanish consumer law). If we ever make such a piece for you, we’ll warn you before you pay.
To exercise it, simply tell us your decision clearly before the deadline ends, by writing to info@liloo.design. You can use the form in the next section, though it’s not mandatory. After that:
- We refund everything you paid, including the standard shipping cost of the original order, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when you notify us, using the same payment method you used. (If you chose a shipping option more expensive than the standard one, the extra cost is not refunded.)
- We pay for the return shipping: it’s always free.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, not used beyond what’s necessary to check it, with its packaging, accessories and documentation. We may reduce the refund if the product has lost value due to use beyond what’s necessary to try it out.
7. Withdrawal form
You only need to fill in and send this form if you wish to withdraw from the contract. It’s not mandatory: any clear statement will do.
To Aarón Chilet Real (liloo), Avenida Colón 22 bajo, 46185 La Pobla de Vallbona (Valencia), Spain, info@liloo.design:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: ______________________
Order number: ______________________
Received on (date): ______________________
Name of consumer: ______________________
Address of consumer: ______________________
Date and signature (only if this form is submitted on paper): ______________________
8. Electrical components and safe use
Our lamps are sold complete and ready to plug in: they include a threaded E27 lampholder with a fixing ring, and a cable with plug and in-line switch, all factory-fitted and CE marked. Use them only with LED bulbs (a warm-white LED bulb is included). If any part feels excessively hot or becomes deformed, stop using the lamp and contact us. Keep the lamp away from heat sources.
9. Legal warranty
All our products carry the 3-year legal warranty of conformity from delivery, as set out in Article 120 of the consolidated Spanish Consumer Protection Act (for goods purchased from 1 January 2022).
If the product is not conforming (arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered), write to info@liloo.design with a photo and your order number. You’re entitled to free repair or replacement and, if neither is possible or satisfactory, to a price reduction or termination of the contract. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, subsequent tampering, or normal wear and tear.
10. Designs and intellectual property
The designs of our products belong to their original authors, third parties who have licensed their commercial use to us. liloo is not the author of the designs: our job is to manufacture and print the pieces and sell them under that licence. Buying a lamp does not transfer any rights over the design itself (you may not reproduce it, resell it as a digital file, or claim authorship of it).
11. Complaints and customer service
For any complaint, write to info@liloo.design. We’ll respond as soon as possible and always try to find an amicable solution.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you’re a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence, and you’re also protected by the mandatory provisions of your country of habitual residence within the European Union. If you’re contracting as a business or professional, the parties submit to the Courts of Valencia.
