2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device (or reads from it) when you visit it. It’s used, for example, to remember your language or to keep your cart from emptying as you browse.
3. The kinds of cookies liloo.design uses
This shop has no advertising pixels (no Meta, no Google Ads). Almost every cookie we use is technical or functional, necessary for the website and the checkout to work, so under Spanish law (LSSI) and the criteria of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, they don’t require your consent.
The exceptions are the analytics cookies: those of Google Analytics, which tell us which pages are viewed and how the site is used, and those of WooCommerce order attribution (the sbjs_* cookies), which record where your visit came from for our internal order statistics. They work from your first visit and you can reject them at any time in the cookie notice (“Reject” or, under “Manage”, by switching off Analytics): the site then deletes them from your browser and stops using them.
We don’t use advertising or marketing cookies, which is why the notice has no Marketing switch. If we ever did, we’d list them here and they would only work if you accept them.
This policy was written based on an actual measurement of the cookies the website sets, not a generic list.
4. The exact cookies we use
Necessary (always on)
| Cookie | Owner | What it’s for | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| neon_consent | Own | Stores what you chose in the cookie notice (accept, reject or manage) so we don’t ask again on every page. | 180 days |
| pll_language | Own | Remembers the language you want to browse the site in. | 1 year |
| woocommerce_cart_hash woocommerce_items_in_cart |
Own | Keep what you’ve put in your cart as you browse. | Session |
| wp_woocommerce_session_* | Own | Identifies your shopping session to link your cart to your order. | 2 days |
| wordpress_logged_in_* wordpress_sec_* |
Own | Keep you signed in. Only set if you have an account and log into it. | Session |
| cf_clearance | Cloudflare, Inc. | Security: tells human traffic apart from automated traffic to protect the site from attacks and bots. | 1 year |
Analytics: Google Analytics and order attribution (you can reject them)
| Cookie | Owner | What it’s for | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics) | Usage statistics: tells visitors apart with a random identifier so we can count how many people visit the site and which pages they view. | 2 years |
| _ga_<ID> | Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics) | Usage statistics: keeps the state of your visit (session) for Google Analytics. | 2 years |
| sbjs_current sbjs_first sbjs_current_add sbjs_first_add sbjs_udata sbjs_migrations |
Own (built-in WooCommerce feature) | Record, only for our own internal order statistics, where your visit came from (e.g. search or direct link). Never shared with Google, Meta or any third party. Deleted if you reject them. | Session |
| sbjs_session | Own (built-in WooCommerce feature) | Same as above, tracks the length of your current visit. | 30 minutes |
Once we enable card payments (Stripe) or PayPal, those gateways may set their own cookies needed to process payment and prevent fraud. Until then, none are set. Paying by bank transfer sets no extra cookies.
5. International transfers
The security cookie is set by Cloudflare and, unless you reject analytics, the analytics cookies are set by Google (Google Analytics, through Google Ireland Ltd., whose parent company is Google LLC). Both may process data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision, adopted by the European Commission on 10 July 2023, and standard contractual clauses where applicable.
6. Accepting, rejecting or changing your mind
On your first visit you’ll see a notice to accept, reject or choose the analytics cookies. You can change your decision at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or right here: Cookie settings. If you reject them or withdraw your consent, we delete the analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_<ID> and sbjs_*) from your browser straight away.
Necessary cookies can’t be turned off from the notice, because without them you can’t check out. If you still want to block or delete them, you can do so from your browser settings; note that the shop may stop working correctly.
7. Your rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to us at info@liloo.design. See our privacy policy for details. If you believe we haven’t handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es).
